PC Club

The main task of the PC Club is to manage the computer network within the student homes and to regulate the backbone infrastructure of all TUKE dormitories. It is one of the largest and best-built boarding computer networks in Slovakia. PC Club regularly auditions to find new talent from the youngsters. The PC Club closely cooperates with The Institute of Computer Technology at the TUKE. It consists of 6 clubs operating at dormitories in Košice, namely at the Němcovej 1, Ferka Urbánka, Rampová, Jedlíkova 5, Jedlíkova 9, and Jedlíková 13 dormitories, as well as in Prešov at the Budovateľská 13 and Budovateľská 31 dormitories.

Student Television

Students interested in audio-visual technology will encounter interesting technical equipment in Student Television and can try working on the preparation of a television broadcast, gain experience in working with a camera or use their imagination in video editing.

RADIO 9

It currently works as a student Internet radio supported by the TUKE. If you are interested in what is happening at your faculty, you like competing, whether you like tabloid news or do not know where to hang out, Radio 9 is the best choice for you. Radio 9 also organizes various (educational) competitions such as Beer Barrel or Googlewar, which have enjoyed great popularity for several years; Tuesday discotheques in the Véčko club and hallway parties.

IAESTE

IAESTE is an international organization for exchanging students of technical universities for an internship at an academic institution or in a company.

BEST (Board of European Students of Technology)

BEST strives to help European students of technology to become more internationally minded, by reaching a better understanding of European cultures and developing capacities to work on an international basis. Therefore, BEST creates opportunities for the students to meet and learn from one another through our academic and non-academic courses and educational symposia.

AIESEC

ESN Košice

Erasmus Student Network Slovakia (ESN Slovakia) is a non-profit student organisation. Their mission is to represent international students, thus providing opportunities for cultural understanding and self-development under the principle of Students Helping Students. Every year, 10 ESN sections from Bratislava to Košice take care of almost 2,000 Erasmus students. ESN SK represents international students and organises trips, cultural and social activities and events for them.
